Versatile Base Material Selection
Our components can be manufactured using a wide range of core materials to meet the functional requirements of your application. These include standard MDF, fire-rated MDF (B-s1,d0), moisture-resistant MDF, chipboard, plywood, solid wood, plastic, aluminium, gypsum, and lamella boards combining pine and MDF.
Extensive Range of Surface Finishes
To achieve the desired appearance and performance, we offer an extensive selection of surface finishes, including decorative foils, PP and PVC foils, real wood veneers, technical veneers, CPL laminates, antibacterial CPL laminates and aluminium foils.
Advanced Adhesive Technologies
The right adhesive system is equally important for long-term performance. Depending on the application and requirements, we utilise PUR, polyolefin, and EVA adhesive technologies to ensure reliable bonding and consistent quality.
To further simplify your production process, we can integrate a range of post-processing operations before delivery. By combining multiple manufacturing steps under one roof, we help reduce handling, shorten lead times, and minimise assembly work at your facility. Our capabilities include exact cutting to length, CNC machining, drilling, doweling and automatic dowel insertion, end capping, assembly operations, and packaging according to customer requirements.
